Kai Pedersen, AIA, Project Director

Kai holds a B.Arch from the University of Texas at Austin. Kai joined the firm in 2012 and has since contributed to Congregation Beit Simchat Torah, managed The Flea Theater, and managed several projects at Brooklyn Botanic Garden. He also managed ARO’s Calvin Klein Madison Avenue Flagship Refresh and Renovation projects, the Calvin Klein Paris Showroom, and a second phase expansion of Harry’s Headquarters. He most recently led the study of an addition for The University of Virginia’s Campbell Hall and a planning study for Brown University. He is currently overseeing Pace University’s 15 Beekman Street, 100 Flatbush Primary School and High School, and the Innovation District Park Pavilion in Providence. Before ARO, he worked at Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects and Vir.Mueller Architects in New Delhi, India.
