Zefka Sema, Finance Director

Zefka joined the firm in 2015 and is responsible for all accounting functions. With more than 20 years of experience overseeing all aspects of accounting & finances for architectural, engineering and land surveying firms, Zefka brings a wealth of knowledge of financial management to ARO. She holds degrees from William Paterson University and Berkeley College of Business.
