Zefka Sema, Finance Director

Zefka joined ARO in 2015 and is responsible for all accounting functions. With more than 20 years of experience overseeing all aspects of accounting and finances for architectural, engineering, and land surveying firms, Zefka brings a wealth of knowledge of financial management to ARO. She holds degrees from William Paterson University and Berkeley College of Business.
